4. Non-Returnable Situations

Used or altered products, physically damaged by customer misuse, incomplete package items, and requests submitted after policy window may be rejected.

5. Refund Processing

After return approval and quality verification, refund is initiated to the original payment method or wallet according to payment channel policy. Processing time may vary by gateway/bank. Seller settlement becomes available after the 14-day return warranty period is completed.
